Production Planning Manager (Live Events) MagicSnow | Los Angeles, California Position: Production Planning Manager (Live Events) – MagicSnow Recurring Seasonal: Now through January About the Role: MagicSnow is hiring a Production Planning Manager (Live Events) to oversee the scheduling and execution of 65+ live events this season. You’ll create and maintain the master production calendar, run of show, manage crew and resources, coordinate logistics, and proactively solve challenges to ensure every production runs smoothly. What You’ll Do: • Develop and maintain the master production calendar for 65+ live events • Create and execute the run of show for dozens of live events productions • Work with scheduling team to allocate crew, equipment, and resources for our productions • Oversee logistics planning, including travel, lodging, and shipping • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they occur • Track and analyze data in real time. What We’re Looking For: • Detailed and creative individuals that take pride in well-planned execution of live event and experiential productions • Proven experience in live event and experiential production planning and logistics management • Strong leadership and communication skills, you will keep the MagicSnow team aligned and informed • Expert in organized spreadsheets, skilled at building impressive run of show, and confident with general computer literacy (SAP experience a plus) About MagicSnow: MagicSnow is a Los Angeles-based special effects company that creates world-class artificial and real snow experiences for the entertainment industry.
