A company is looking for a Principal Equipment Sourcing Manager. Key Responsibilities • Lead long-term supply chain capacity planning to align with technology roadmap and future needs • Drive supplier selection and qualification in partnership with R&D and internal equipment teams • Establish and scale high-performance business processes for equipment sourcing across stakeholders Required Qualifications • Demonstrated success in managing a complex technology supply chain • Experienced leader with a track record of creating and implementing business processes • High performance in supply chain management within a high-tech or semiconductor environment • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with limited initial direction
