Description Job Title: CAD Manager - Revit Location: Hybrid/Remote DELIVERING SOLUTIONS IS WHAT WE DO. It’s our heritage—and our future. About The Role We are seeking a Revit SME / CAD Manager to serve as the firm’s go-to resource for CAD strategy, staff training, and production support across multiple platforms. This can be a hybrid (in IL/MO/FL) or remote position with the opportunity to influence firm-wide design practices. Key Responsibilities • Train and mentor staff in Autodesk Revit, focusing on modeling best practices, templates, and workflows. • Develop and manage Revit content libraries, detail standards, and family creation. • Provide production support during staff absences or project peaks. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline Revit workflows across the firm. • Act as the primary resource for Revit troubleshooting and technical support. • Partner with design and project teams to align Revit practices with project requirements. Qualifications • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit in a professional engineering/architectural setting. • 5+ years of Revit production experience with demonstrated leadership in CAD standards or management. • Strong teaching and coaching skills. • Experience creating and maintaining Revit families and content libraries. • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks with minimal supervision. Compensation & Benefits • This position offers a salary range of $70,000–$110,000 per year, along with bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay. • The listed salary range reflects the potential compensation for this role.
