What You'll Do: - You will install and service telephone, security, video, and internet systems at customer locations. - You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. - You will educate customers on system usage and maintenance to optimize their service. - You will perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability. - You will document service activities and report any issues to management. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all service calls. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or cable service installation. - You have strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing telecommunications equipment. - You possess excellent customer service and communication skills. - You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - You are able to work in-person and reside within daily commuting distance to the service area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with security and video system installations. - Knowledge of MVR guidelines and safety standards. - Technical certifications related to telecommunications. - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.
