What You’ll Do • Recruit top professionals for consulting and contract roles. • Manage full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and closing. • Partner with business development to fill client needs quickly and accurately. • Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-deploy candidates. • Stay sharp on compliance trends, regulations, and market demand. • Deliver exceptional service that keeps both clients and candidates coming back.
