What You Will Do • Recruit top performers across financial services including Accounting and Finance, CIB, Compliance, AML, Risk, Tech, Equipment Finance, and Professional Services • Run a full cycle desk where you source, pitch, negotiate, and close high value placements • Work directly with banks, investment firms, hedge funds, asset managers, fintechs, and advisory practices • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted sourcing to find elite candidates in competitive markets • Build long term relationships that turn into repeat business and high earning pipelines • Influence strategy with a leadership team that listens and invests in people who produce What You Bring • One to five years of recruiting experience and the desire to play at a higher level • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to earn trust quickly • Competitive instinct and the resilience required for high stakes markets • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with accuracy and urgency • A consultative style with the discipline to execute consistently Why Madison Davis You want to make more money.
