Role Overview: As a Product Owner & No-Code Automation Engineer at MadeTruly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and automating business processes to improve operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our platform evolves to meet client needs while leveraging no-code tools to streamline workflows. What You'll Do: - You will define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases. - You will design and implement no-code automation solutions to optimize internal processes and enhance user experience. - You will analyze data and user behavior to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement. - You will manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements to development teams. - You will monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives. - You will facilitate stakeholder meetings and gather input to align product strategy. - You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging no-code technologies to keep MadeTruly at the forefront of innovation. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment. - Strong proficiency with no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat (Make), or similar tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making. Bonus Points If You Have: - Background in e-commerce or custom manufacturing industries. - Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello. - Knowledge of basic coding or scripting languages. - Experience with UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
