Job Title: Product Owner & No-Code Automation Engineer Company Overview: MadeTruly is a leading custom jewelry service dedicated to empowering brands and individual designers. Role Overview: As a Product Owner & No-Code Automation Engineer at MadeTruly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and enhancing our platform through automation. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our platform evolves to meet client demands while optimizing internal processes. What You'll Do: - You will define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business goals. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to deliver high-quality product releases. - You will develop and implement no-code automation workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - You will analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the platform’s functionality and user experience. - You will manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements to development teams. - You will monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the company. - You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging no-code tools to keep our platform innovative. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in product ownership or product management roles. - Proven expertise in no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat (Make), or similar. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Background in e-commerce or custom manufacturing industries. - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking. - Knowledge of API integrations and basic scripting skills. - Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
