Job Title: Facility Apartment Maintenance Remodeler Pay Rate: $26-$27 Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Lakewood, Denver Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking dedicated Maintenance Technician(s) for our clients in the area. Job Description: The Make Ready Technician II will assist in the overall completion of repairs, renovations, work orders, and various projects. This position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager. Duties: • Perform routine preventive maintenance: carpentry, dry wall, painting, appliance installs and repairs, and plumbing • Grounds maintenance • Unit turns and work orders • Documentation of work • Other duties as assigned including interacting with tenants Qualifications: • Previous experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders or other related fields • Familiarity with hand and power tools and equipment • Ability to handle a physical workload, multi-task, and prioritize • Deadline and detail-oriented • Must pass a background check and in accordance with family housing regulations Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Work Location: On the road
