Responsibilities • Communicate clearly with industry stakeholders and guide them through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues (written and verbal). • Deliver technical assistance to industry stakeholders submitting both annual and monthly data reports. • Utilize a ticketing system to document calls and follow-ups. • Research and resolve issues using available tools, databases, and team collaboration. • Identify roadblocks, proactively solve problems, and make informed decisions. • Assist in training initiatives for stakeholders on data reporting systems, with occasional travel (up to three times per year) as needed. • Review and validate annual data submissions from public transit agencies to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Participate in software testing efforts to support user interface enhancements and system improvements. • Contribute to special projects, including the development of policy documentation, facilitation of webinars, and performance data analysis. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited institution • Passion for customer service and collaboration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Interest in the public transportation sector • Proficiency in developing presentations and writing reports • Strong analytical abilities, including organization, analysis, and interpretation • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Preferred but not required: experience in data analysis/validation, finance or economics, or the public transportation industry • Preferred but not required: familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance Company DescriptionLocated in the heart of Washington, DC, MacroSys, LLC, is a federal consulting company with nearly three decades of experience providing integrated research and analysis, communications, and IT solutions tailor-made to support the unique mission, policies, operational goals, and outreach and education initiatives of federal government programs.
