Full Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to supervise the daily packaging operations in our food production facility. This position ensures that all meals are packaged accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities: • Lead, train, and support packaging staff during daily operations • Manage roles and station duties • Monitor workflow to ensure efficient packaging and timely completion • Conduct daily quality checks to ensure labels, portions, seals, and packaging meet standards • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols • Coordinate with kitchen, production, and logistics teams to meet deadlines • Prepare packaging documentation, counts, and summary reports • Communicate staffing needs, inventory shortages, or production issues to management • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and equipment is functioning properly • Assist with hands-on packaging tasks as needed Requirements: • Previous experience in food production, packaging, or assembly line leadership • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation • Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a cold environment • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is preferred If you are dependable, work well under pressure, and enjoy leading a team in a fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you.
