This hybrid role (4 days/week onsite in Beaverton, OR; Fridays remote) focuses on developing innovative in-store customization services to support brand, sport, and product moments. The position requires collaboration across Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product, and Geo teams to deliver elevated customer experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and sales. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new in-store services and experiences aligned with retail marketing goals. • Design and execute in-market tests like A/B testing or customer surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvements. • Create business cases, operational plans, and financial projections to scale successful concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for seamless execution. • Conduct customer research to ensure services meet consumer needs. • Monitor industry trends and technologies to evolve in-store experiences. Requirements: • 6+ years in retail marketing, experience marketing, or related field. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven success developing and testing concepts that boost business results and exceed customer expectations. • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Retail experience preferred, especially corporate-side with large companies. • Consumer-focused innovator with creative, data-driven approach.
