As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a driven, high-energy leader to take the helm of our direct sales operations. The Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, train, and expand our direct sales force. This is a "boots on the ground" leadership role. You will not just be managing spreadsheets; you will be building a culture of success, mentoring sales representatives, and overseeing our primary revenue engine: Door-to-Door (D2D) sales. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of direct sales representatives. Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture. • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize territory coverage and lead generation. • Training & Mentorship: Conduct daily sales meetings, role-play scenarios, and provide in-field coaching to help reps overcome objections and close deals. • Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring weekly and monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. • Customer Experience: Ensure the sales team represents the Macomb Power Washing Solutions brand with professionalism and integrity at every doorstep. Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Door-to-Door (D2D) sales is strictly required. • Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams or mentoring junior sales reps. • Skills: Strong closer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and motivate a team through the ups and downs of direct sales. • Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
