8-10 years experience in personal care sales, marketing, or R&D with knowledge of formulation and applications testing, preferably some formulation or R&D role experience.
Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading supplier of natural ingredients for the personal care market searching for a Technical Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Meet and engage with global customers and distributors regularly to present ingredients and understand evolving formulations, consumer trends, and sustainability goals Lead technical consultations and presentations, contributing directly to customer acquisition and project conversations Qualifications 8-10 years experience in Personal Care industry in Sales, Marketing, and/or Research & Development Working knowledge of Personal Care formulation and applications testing Preferably 1-3 years experience in a formulation or R&D role within beauty or personal care This role offers a competitive salary, with a great compensation package, and a strong progression pathway.
