A leading company in Chicago’s West Loop is looking for an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to join their team. This role offers $25–$35 per hour and is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized, driven professional to play an integral role supporting leadership while helping keep daily office operations running seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant: • Act as a key support partner to leadership by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and keeping priorities organized. • Take ownership of executive travel planning, coordinating flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries. • Help create a polished, welcoming workplace by managing office needs and ensuring the space stays organized and fully stocked. • Deliver a top-tier experience for visitors and clients by coordinating meeting logistics and maintaining a professional office atmosphere. • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and materials that support leadership initiatives and internal meetings. • Partner with vendors and service providers to keep office operations running efficiently. • Maintain organized documentation and help track key administrative processes. • Jump in on special projects and team initiatives, providing valuable support across departments when needed. Qualifications of the Office Manager/ Executive Assistant: • 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience in a professional business environment. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with ease. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a polished, professional presence. • Experience supporting leadership teams or assisting with high-level administrative tasks. • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business technology tools. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. • Thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys being a key contributor to a collaborative team environment.
