A well-established and growing organization in Oak Park, IL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the President. This fully in-office role offers a salary of $100,000-115,000 and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping leadership organized, efficient, and prepared. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to President: • Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments • Keep the President organized by tracking tasks, deadlines, and key priorities • Draft, edit, and send professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the President • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups • Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support executive-level operations • Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts or priorities • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to President: • 2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional emails • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently P-3
