About the Role Join a team that keeps America moving! As a vital part of the logistics operations, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of essential materials. Your expertise in driving and logistics will directly contribute to the success of projects across the region. Responsibilities • Transport fabricated rebar, scrap metal, and other materials to designated locations. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance using electronic logs and mobile devices. • Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery coordination. • Ensure proper loading and securement of materials to prevent damage during transit. • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. • Manage your schedule to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Qualifications Required Skills • Ability to accurately complete delivery paperwork. • Proficiency in operating industry-relevant technologies, such as mobile smartphones and vehicle E-logs. • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet delivery demands. • Ability to work outside and lift heavy loads as needed. • Willingness to learn, tackle new challenges, and work well within a team or independently. • Successfully pass a company road test and maintain a clean driving record. Preferred Skills • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) may be required for some positions. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
