Role Overview: As a Vendor Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will support the efficient delivery of services and contribute to the overall success of our projects. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - You will manage vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. - You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align vendor services with project timelines. - You will track and report on vendor performance and resolve any service issues. - You will assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders. - You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in vendor coordination or procurement. - You have strong organizational and communication skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software. - You have a detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities. - You possess problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. - Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Knowledge of contract management and compliance standards. - Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
