Role Overview: As a Vendor Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will help maintain efficient operations and support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - You will manage vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. - You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align vendor services with project timelines. - You will track and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain smooth operations. - You will assist in vendor performance evaluations and recommend improvements. - You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. - You will support procurement processes and help negotiate terms with vendors. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in vendor coordination or supply chain management. - You have strong organizational and communication skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software. - You have a detail-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities. - You possess knowledge of contract management and compliance standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. - Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Experience with procurement and negotiation. - Knowledge of project management principles.
