Job Title: Vendor Services Coordinator Company Overview: MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is the Northwest’s leading mechanical contracting firm, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings. With over one thousand employees across 10 offices, we are committed to making buildings work better through innovative design, delivery, and service. Role Overview: As a Vendor Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will help maintain efficient operations and support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - You will manage vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. - You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align vendor services with project timelines. - You will track and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain smooth operations. - You will assist in vendor performance evaluations and recommend improvements. - You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. - You will support procurement processes and help negotiate terms with vendors. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in vendor coordination or supply chain management. - You have strong organizational and communication skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software. - You have a detail-oriented approach and problem-solving abilities. - You possess knowledge of contract management and compliance standards. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. - Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Experience with procurement and negotiation. - Knowledge of project management principles.
