Role Overview: As a Vendor Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will support the timely delivery of services and materials, contributing to the overall success of our projects. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - You will manage vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. - You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align vendor services with project timelines. - You will track and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain smooth operations. - You will assist in vendor performance evaluations and recommend improvements. - You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. - You will support procurement activities by facilitating vendor selection and onboarding. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance vendor service efficiency. What You Bring: - You have 2+ years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or related roles. - You possess strong organizational and communication skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software. - You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. - You demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. - Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Knowledge of contract management and compliance standards. - Experience with ERP or project management software.
