Role Overview: As a Vendor Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors and internal teams. Your efforts will help maintain efficient operations and support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - You will manage vendor documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. - You will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align vendor services with project timelines. - You will track and resolve vendor-related issues to maintain smooth operations. - You will assist in vendor performance evaluations and recommend improvements. - You will maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. - You will support procurement activities by facilitating vendor selection and onboarding. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance vendor service efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or related roles. - Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple vendor relationships. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities. - Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the mechanical contracting or construction industry. - Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Knowledge of contract management and compliance standards. - Experience with ERP or project management software.
