Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our technical teams. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. - You will coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians effectively. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic service issues. - You will communicate updates and follow-ups to customers clearly and professionally. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. - You will support administrative tasks related to service operations. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of HVAC or mechanical systems is a plus.
