Job Title: Service Support Representative Company Overview: MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is the Northwest’s leading mechanical contracting firm, specializing in designing, delivering, and servicing HVAC, plumbing, and automation system solutions for commercial buildings. Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our technical teams. Your role is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and facilitating timely service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing accurate information and solutions. - You will coordinate service schedules between clients and field technicians to ensure efficient operations. - You will document and track service issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities. - You will assist in preparing service reports and follow-up communications. - You will collaborate with internal departments to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. - You will support the sales team by providing technical information and service history as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC systems or mechanical contracting industry knowledge. - Familiarity with service management software. - Technical background or certifications related to HVAC or plumbing. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
