Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their service needs are met promptly and effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or service support roles, preferably in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
