Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our service teams to deliver exceptional solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate service schedules between clients and field technicians. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will support the preparation of service reports and documentation. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or service support roles, preferably in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or building automation systems. - Knowledge of service dispatch software. - Technical background or certifications related to mechanical systems. - Bilingual abilities.
