Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role is vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our service teams to deliver exceptional solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate service schedules between clients and technicians to optimize efficiency. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - You will provide timely updates to customers regarding service status and resolutions. - You will support the continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the mechanical contracting or facilities management industry. - Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Familiarity with service dispatch software and scheduling tools. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer base.
