Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their service needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the operational success of our service teams. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate service schedules between customers and field technicians to optimize efficiency. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will communicate updates and resolutions clearly to customers and internal teams. - You will support the service team by managing parts orders and inventory tracking. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback from customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a mechanical contracting or facilities services company. - Knowledge of service dispatch software and inventory management systems. - Technical certification related to HVAC or building systems. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
