Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our technical teams. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, providing accurate information and solutions. - You will coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians to meet client needs efficiently. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve processes. - You will assist in managing service contracts and renewals. - You will support the sales team by providing technical information and customer feedback. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the mechanical contracting or facilities management industry. - Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Familiarity with service management software. - Additional language skills.
