Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their service needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our service teams to deliver top-quality solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and work orders. - You will communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will support billing and invoicing processes related to service activities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback from customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or service support roles, preferably in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or building automation systems. - Knowledge of mechanical contracting industry standards and terminology. - Familiarity with CRM and dispatch software. - Additional language skills to support diverse customer base.
