Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely resolution of service requests and maintaining strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians efficiently. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic HVAC, plumbing, and automation system issues. - You will collaborate with field technicians and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction. - You will follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback. - You will support the scheduling and logistics of service appointments. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service department. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or building automation systems. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a mechanical contracting or facilities management company. - Knowledge of service dispatch software and scheduling tools. - Technical certification related to HVAC or building systems. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish.
