Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their service needs are met promptly and effectively. Your role is vital in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting our service teams to deliver top-quality solutions. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate service schedules and dispatch technicians to client sites. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting basic service issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will support the service team with administrative tasks and reporting. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer needs. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the mechanical contracting or facilities management industry. - Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems. - Familiarity with CRM and dispatch software. - Bilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
