Role Overview: As a Service Support Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our clients, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your role is vital in coordinating service requests, providing technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships to uphold MacDonald-Miller’s reputation for excellence. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency. - You will coordinate with field technicians and project managers to schedule and dispatch service calls. - You will maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems appropriately. - You will communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns. - You will assist in preparing service reports and documentation. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback from customer interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or automation systems is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a mechanical contracting or facilities management company. - Technical certification related to HVAC or building systems. - Familiarity with service management software. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client base.
