Role Overview: As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by managing schedules, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and automation system technicians. - You will communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and address scheduling needs. - You will manage technician availability and dispatch resources efficiently to meet service demands. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and customer interactions. - You will collaborate with field technicians and service managers to optimize workflow. - You will assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and urgent service requests. - You will support the service team by providing timely updates and information. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the scheduling process. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC or mechanical contracting industry. - Familiarity with service management software such as ServiceTitan or similar. - Customer service experience in a technical or field service setting. - Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and terminology.
