Role Overview: As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of service appointments, supporting our field technicians and customers. Your efforts will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and automation system technicians. - You will communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and address scheduling needs. - You will collaborate with field technicians and service managers to optimize daily schedules. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls and technician availability. - You will assist in managing emergency service requests and prioritize accordingly. - You will use scheduling software and tools to track and update service orders. - You will support the service team by providing timely information and resolving scheduling conflicts. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in HVAC or mechanical services. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with HVAC or mechanical service industry. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Knowledge of basic mechanical or technical terminology. - Previous experience in a customer service role.
