Role Overview: As a Service Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by managing schedules, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to optimize technician availability and customer needs. - You will communicate with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling changes or concerns. - You will collaborate with field technicians and service managers to prioritize and dispatch service requests. - You will maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and customer interactions in our management system. - You will assist in managing emergency service requests and adjust schedules accordingly. - You will support the service team by providing timely updates and facilitating smooth workflow. - You will help identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and customer communication. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or related service industries. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with service management software such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms. - Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. - Customer service experience in a technical or field service environment. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to support diverse client communication.
