What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of successfully managing and closing large-scale service projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
