Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead the strategic growth and execution of special projects sales within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue, building client relationships, and managing complex projects that require tailored mechanical and automation solutions. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement sales strategies for special projects to meet and exceed revenue targets. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial building sector. - You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to design customized solutions. - You will manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - You will lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively. - You will oversee project execution to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will mentor and guide sales team members to enhance their performance and professional growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale service projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with clients. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
