Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on special projects within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving growth, building client relationships, and managing complex sales cycles to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers’ unique needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies for special projects within the service division. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that align with client requirements. - You will lead negotiations and close high-value contracts. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will manage and mentor a sales team to achieve performance targets. - You will report on sales performance and forecast future business opportunities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
