Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on special projects within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies for special projects within the service division. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client requirements. - You will lead negotiations and close high-value contracts. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will manage and mentor a sales team to achieve performance targets. - You will report on sales performance and forecast future business opportunities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of success in managing and closing complex sales projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
