Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on special projects within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies for special projects within the service division. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. - You will lead negotiations and close high-value contracts. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will mentor and guide sales team members to achieve performance goals. - You will report on sales performance and forecast future sales opportunities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the mechanical contracting or related industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex sales projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
