Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on special projects within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing complex sales cycles to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute sales strategies for special projects within the service division. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and automation sectors. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that align with client requirements. - You will lead negotiations and close high-value contracts. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics. - You will manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately. - You will mentor and guide sales team members to achieve targets. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex sales projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
