Role Overview: As the Director of Service Special Projects Sales, you will lead the strategic growth and execution of special projects within the service division. Your role is pivotal in driving sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement sales strategies for special projects to achieve revenue targets. - You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the service sector. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - You will collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. - You will lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable agreements. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will mentor and guide sales team members to enhance their performance. - You will prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting or related industries. - Proven track record of managing and closing complex sales projects. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and automation systems. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the Northwest region’s commercial building market. - Established network of industry contacts and clients. - Familiarity with project management software and CRM tools. - Advanced certifications in sales or mechanical systems.
