Position Overview We’re seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead and scale the firm’s infrastructure capabilities. This individual will oversee the hardware, networking, and environments that support our trading strategies, ensuring a reliable, high-performing, and secure foundation for our business. You will design and maintain datacenter operations, manage hardware procurement, oversee development environments, and collaborate closely with our TradeOps and technology teams. Key Responsibilities • Hardware & Procurement: Assess, source, and manage hardware to meet the firm’s technology and performance needs. • Datacenter Operations: Design, maintain, and optimize datacenter infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and low-latency performance. • Networking: Oversee and enhance network infrastructure to support trading operations with resilience and speed. • Development Environment: Manage environments for software development and testing, ensuring stability and productivity across teams. • TradeOps Collaboration: Partner with TradeOps to support system reliability, deployment, and incident response. Required Qualifications • Hardware & Networking: Strong understanding of enterprise hardware, networking protocols, and datacenter management. • Infrastructure Design: Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure in high-performance or trading environments. • Systems & Storage: Proficiency with server technologies, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions. • Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively across teams including TradeOps, technology, and business stakeholders.
