About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sales-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to support our sales leadership and broader sales team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a sales environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys being a strategic partner behind the scenes. You’ll not only handle high-level administrative tasks but also directly support sales initiatives—joining client calls, helping manage projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Coordination • Join client and internal sales calls to take notes, track follow-ups, and support next steps. • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. • Help manage CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting tasks. • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to keep projects on track. Executive Administrative Support • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements for sales executives. • Handle email communications, draft responses, and coordinate meeting prep materials. • Track action items and ensure timely execution across teams. Project & Process Management • Support the execution of strategic sales projects, tracking deliverables and deadlines. • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency. • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, trainings, and client events. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or Sales Coordinator. • Experience in a sales environment is required—bonus if you’ve supported a sales leader or sales team directly. • Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM platforms (e.g., Monday). • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Monday.com • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company. • Comfort participating in client-facing calls.
