Job Title: Client partner/ Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager Location: United States Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage eCommerce and digital delivery programs for US clients. This role will act as the main point of contact between customers, onshore teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Own delivery of eCommerce and digital programs across onshore and offshore teams • Act as primary client contact and manage relationships and expectations • Ensure projects meet SLAs, KPIs, timelines, and quality standards • Coordinate product, development, QA, and support teams • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage escalations • Lead feature delivery aligned with business roadmaps • Oversee customer support and service improvement initiatives Key Skills & Experience: • 15–20 years of experience with 5+ years in eCommerce delivery leadership • Strong background in B2B/B2C eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce, CMS tools, SaaS) • Experience with Agile, Jira, DevOps, and SDLC • Strong client communication and stakeholder management • Experience working with onshore and offshore teams Certifications (Preferred): PMP / PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, ITIL, Cloud Foundation.
