Role Description We are seeking a skilled and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales initiatives, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary duties will include setting sales objectives, coaching and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to expand the organization's client base and revenue. Collaboration with key stakeholders and delivering exceptional customer experiences will be vital to your role. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and market analysis. • Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a sales team, combined with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging effectively with clients and team members. • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales plans to achieve organizational goals and KPIs. • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales industry tools is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is an advantage. • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or related industries is a plus. • Highly organized, result-oriented, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
