Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Account Coordinator based in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home options. The Client Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, analyzing account performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating between different departments to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities • Client Engagement & Communication: Be the first point of contact for clients—manage inquiries, schedule updates, and follow-up communications. Build and maintain strong relationships aligned with MSGA’s commitment to integrity and client success. • Operational Coordination: Support the development, implementation, and updating of Strategic Sales‐Ops Playbooks. Assist with execution of fractional head-of-sales activities—help coordinate KPI tracking, team alignment, and CRM optimizations. • CRM & Tools Management: Manage and update CRM data, monitor client activity, and ensure accurate tracking of KPIs and progress metrics. Prepare visual dashboards or summaries to support better forecasting and decision-making. • Administrative & Documentation Support: Prepare client-facing documents such as proposals, playbook materials, KPI reports, and presentations. Organize internal records, agendas, minutes from client meetings, and follow-ups. • Sales Playbook Development Support: Collaborate with the principal consultant to document sales missions, define ideal customer profiles, persona descriptions, value propositions, and KPIs. Assist in structuring and scheduling phased roadmap deliverables, helping ensure alignment with the six-phase approach: Discovery, Mission, Team Alignment, Funnel, Implementation, and Management. • Client Success & Enablement: Monitor follow-up sequences and client accountability processes. Maintain regular check-ins to support deliveries and help reinforce continuous improvement and coaching culture Qualifications • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines. • Experience: 2 to 3 years in client service, sales operations, consulting support, or account management roles—preferably within B2B environments or professional services. • Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and sales-tools usage. Analytical mindset—comfortable tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and providing insights. Collaborative and adaptable with a proactive, service-oriented attitude. Compensation • Annual Salary: Commensurate with experience starting at $50,000. • Quarterly Bonus: Based on both company and individual performance.
