Job Overview As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and laying the foundation for their educational journey. This position requires a passion for early childhood education and fostering a nurturing learning environment. Duties - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere - Assess students' progress and communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development - Incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles - Collaborate with other educators and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development - Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour Work Location: In person
