Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Franklin, MI. The Assistant Project Manager will support project coordination, assist with construction project management, manage budgets, and oversee various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires close collaboration with the project team, stakeholders, contractors, and clients to uphold quality standards and deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications • Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management • Proficiency in Construction Management and Construction Project Management • Knowledge and experience in Budgeting and managing project costs effectively • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with franchise development or facility operations is a plus • Proficiency in project management software or construction-specific tools is desirable
