Full Description

Our client, a distribution and logistics company, is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join their team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards of the facility to ensure a safe, hygienic, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily and deep-cleaning tasks throughout the warehouse, including floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and work areas. • Sanitize equipment, machinery, and high-touch surfaces following company and safety guidelines. • Handle cleaning chemicals safely and maintain proper usage logs. • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse machinery, equipment, and building systems • Remove waste, recyclables, and debris from designated areas and ensure proper disposal. • Assist in maintaining inventory of sanitation supplies and communicate replenishment needs. • Inspect sanitation areas and equipment before and after shifts to ensure compliance with standards. • Support warehouse operations as needed while maintaining sanitation protocols. Requirements: • 2+ years of sanitation, janitorial, or related experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing setting. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor, including bending, standing, and walking for long periods. • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety practices. • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Pay & Schedule: • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance Work Location: In person
